摘要
标准样品在能力验证工作中的使用越来越广泛,但是由于能力验证对样品验证结果评价方式的不同,环境基体标准样品在能力验证工作中的应用还需进一步研究。考察了一种新研制的重金属污染地区土壤标准样品在能力验证工作中的应用。结果表明,能力验证的指定值与标准样品的标准值一致,说明能力验证统计数据无显著偏离;标准样品的均匀性和稳定性引入的不确定度小于0. 3σ(σ为能力评定标准差),不会对参加实验室的能力评定产生影响;该次能力验证参加实验室的满意率约为80%,与测试背景土壤的满意率接近,说明实验室检测污染土壤中铅、镉、镍、铜、铬的水平和检测背景土壤的能力水平相当。
Although CRM are used in proficiency testing more widely,environmental matrix CRM applied in PT should be study further because of the estimations of CRM and PT samples. The application of a new heavy metals polluted soil CRM in PT was studied in this paper. The result showed that the certified values of soil CRM and consensus values of PT were consistent and no significant bias; the uncertainties for homogineity and stability were both less than 0. 3σ( σ was the criteria for evaluation of performance) and no negtive effect on the capability evaluation of the participants; the capabilities of participants testing heavy metals( Pb,Cd,Ni,Cu and Cr) in polluted soil and general soil were similar with satisfactory ratio over 80%.
