食物强化对儿童健康影响的研究进展

摘要
从铁、锌、维生素A、维生素D及多种微量营养素强化食物入手,针对儿童微量营养素缺乏、贫血、学习与认知能力等,探讨食物强化对儿童的健康影响,为今后进一步开展食物强化改善儿童营养提供基础数据。
        Starting with iron,zinc,vitamin A,vitamin D and various micronutrient fortified foods,with respect to children's micronutrient deficiencies,anemia,learning and cognitive ability,this article discussed healthy effects of food fortification to provide basic data for food enhancement and child nutrition improvement in the future.
