摘要
某全泥氰化炭浆厂生产回水中CN~-浓度偏高,尤其是铜离子浓度严重偏高,金属杂质离子不断积累,已经达到了850mg/L以上,逐步造成选矿工艺指标恶化,对金的浸出、吸附产生了极大的负面影响,而且增加了NaCN药剂用量。本工艺研究的方向是大幅度降低回水中的铜离子、同时降低生产回水的CN~-浓度,综合回收利用铜资源。
The concentration of CN~- in the backwater of a Full-slime cyanide pulp plant is on the high side, especially the concentration of copper ion is seriously on the high side, and the metal impurity ions are accumulating continuously, which has reached more than 850 mg/L. This has gradually led to the deterioration of the beneficiation process index, which has a great negative impact on gold leaching and adsorption, and has increased the dosage of NaCN reagent. The research direction of this process is to reduce copper ions in the backwater, reduce the concentration of CN~- in the production backwater, and comprehensively recycle copper resources.
