摘要
指出了危险废物处置是企业必须关注的问题,而原本生产过程无危险废物因水气治理而产生小量危险废物的企业的危险废物处置问题倍受企业重视。分析了其存在的问题,提出了分级处理、建议供应商集中收集并委托处置等程序操作方面的优化措施,为相关环保部门在制定政策时提供科学指导。
The disposal of hazardous waste is a hot issue that enterprises must pay attention to, while the disposal of hazardous waste of the enterprises that produce a handful of hazardous waste due to water and gas treatment in the original production process without hazardous waste has become a blind spot that cannot be ignored. For example, one factory softened the boiler water to produce ion exchange resin; another factory for VOCs governance produced UV lamp and waste activated carbon. The replacement period of the ion exchange resin is two years, and a total of 0.32 m3 of waste ion exchange resin is produced in two years.The hazardous waste treatment enterprises use the truck to transport the ion exchange resin hazardous waste to the hazardous waste treatment factory, and the timely disposal is almost empty.Otherwise, the ion exchange resin needs to be stored for a long period of time, and the ion exchange resin will naturally decompose.For the generated activated carbon hazardous waste, the waste activated carbon is temporarily stored in the hazardous waste room. As the air flows, the waste activated carbon analyzes VOCs outward, causing secondary environmental pollution. According to the problems mentioned above, this paper puts forward the optimization measures of hierarchical treatment, centralized collection of suppliers, entrusted disposal and other procedures, so as to provide scientific guidance for relevant environmental protection departments in formulating policies.
