摘要

指出了粤港澳大湾区建设已上升为国家战略,区域的生态环境问题已成为制约其可持续发展的主要瓶颈。分析了粤港澳大湾区生态环境存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了打造粤港澳大湾区生态环境共同体的几点建议,包括建立协同共治机制、系统实施生态修复、以目标为导向实施环境治理、建立协同有力的绿色发展体系、打造互联互通的交通网络、构建一体化环境信息网络、建立碳排放交易市场、强化金融教育与科研的支撑、组建生态研究院等。以供参考。
        The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has risen to a national strategy, and the regional ecological environment has become a major bottleneck restricting its sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper puts forward some suggestions on building the ecological environment community of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including the establishment of a cooperative co-governance mechanism, the systematic implementation of ecological restoration, the goal-oriented implementation of environmental governance, the establishment of a coordinated and effective green development system,and the creation of mutual benefit,the interconnected transportation network,integrated environmental information network,carbon emissions trading market,financial education and scientific research support,the establishment of ecology research institute,etc.
