EDTA络合滴定法检测交联剂乙酰丙酮铝的铝含量及纯度

摘要
采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)络合滴定法检测化工原料交联剂乙酰丙酮铝的铝含量及纯度。向乙酰丙酮铝样品中加入稀盐酸煮沸溶解,在样品溶液中加入定量且过量的EDTA溶液,加热煮沸促进铝离子与EDTA络合反应完全,二甲酚橙作指示剂,用锌标准溶液回滴过量的EDTA,测出铝含量,再根据铝含量计算乙酰丙酮铝的纯度。采用EDTA络合滴定法测定乙酰丙酮铝的铝含量和纯度,加标回收率在98.69%~100.30%之间,相对标准偏差≤0.5%(n=6),测定结果稳定可靠。
        A method for the determination of aluminum content and purity of the crosslinker aluminum acetylacetonate with ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) complexometric titrimetry was reported in this paper. The sample powder was suspended in dilute hydrochloric acid and boiled to completely dissolve the powder. An excess EDTA solution was added to the sample solution and boiled in order to complete the complexation with aluminum ions. With xylenol orange as the indicator, the excess of EDTA was dropped back with a standard solution of Zn2+, and the aluminum content and purity of the sample were calculated accordingly. The recoveries of standard addition were found in a range of 98.69%-100.30%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 0.5%(n=6). Results show that the method can accurately estimate the aluminum content and purity of the crosslinker aluminum acetylacetonate.
