成型压力对相似材料力学性质影响机理

摘要
为探究成型压力对相似材料力学性质的影响机理,选择IBSCM新型相似材料,运用正交试验方法系统性的研究了成型压力和配比对相似材料密度、抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比的影响;采用极差分析和多元回归分析等方法对结果进行了分析。结果表明:各因素对相似材料物理力学性质影响显著性由大到小依次为胶结剂浓度、成型压力、铁粉含量、石膏含量;胶结剂浓度对相似材料的抗压强度、弹性模量起控制作用;成型压力由2 MPa增大到6 MPa时,材料的密度、抗压强度、弹性模量分别增大了5. 97%,59. 1%,27. 5%,成型压力对相似材料力学性质影响较大,相似模拟实验中选择恰当的成型压力和配比是提高模拟实验相似性的关键;得到了成型压力和配比对相似材料力学参数影响的回归模型,并对模型的有效性进行了验证。
        In order to explore the influence mechanism of molding pressure on the mechanical properties of similar materials,selecting a new type of IBSCM similar materials,and the influence of molding pressure and mixture proportion on the density,compressive strength,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of similar materials was systematically studied by the orthogonal test method. The results were analyzed by means of range analysis and multiple regression analysis,The results show that: The effects of various factors on the physical and mechanical properties of similar materials,in order,where adhesive concentration,molding pressure,iron powder content and gypsum content. The adhesive concentration controls the compressive strength and elastic modulus of similar materials; When the molding pressure increases from 2 MPa to 6 MPa,the density,compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of materials increase by5. 97%,59. 1%,and 27. 5% respectively. The molding pressure has a great influence on the mechanical properties of similar materials. Selecting the appropriate forming pressure and proportion in similar simulation experiments is the key to improving the similarity of simulation experiments. The regression model of the influence of molding pressure and proportion on mechanical parameters of similar materials is obtained,and the validity of the model is verified.
