摘要
<正>遗传学(genetics)是探究生物遗传和变异规律的科学。从1866年孟德尔发表"植物杂交实验"论文,标志着经典遗传学的创立;到1953年沃森和兊里兊提出DNA双螺旋结构模型,开启了分子遗传学研究的大门;随着分子生物学的发展和多学科交叉融合,以PCR技术、DNA重组技术、高通量基因组测序
