摘要
利用生活垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰、炉渣,取代部分水泥和粗骨料制作混凝土标准试件,根据抗压强度确定飞灰炉渣的最佳取代率.按照最佳取代率下的配比制作出普通及彩色两种免烧混凝土路面砖,并对两种复掺混凝土路面砖的基本性能进行了实验验证.实验结果表明,最佳取代率下养护28天的路面砖抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冻性能、耐磨性均满足Cc40混凝土路面砖的规范要求.
Fly ash and slag from incineration of household garbage are used to replace part of cement and coarse aggregate to make standard concrete specimen.According to the proportion of the best replacement rate,two kinds of ordinary and color unburned concrete pavement bricks were made,and the basic properties of two kinds of mixed concrete pavement bricks were tested.The experimental results show that the compressive strength,flexural strength,frost resistance and abrasion resistance of the pavement brick maintained for 28 days under the optimal replacement rate all meet the specification requirements of Cc40 concrete pavement brick.
