摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是一种高发病性、高死亡性的急性猪传染病,对猪和猪产品国际贸易产生巨大卫生和社会经济影响。该疾病仅影响野猪和家猪,并且产生各种临床症状,例如高热、厌食、脏器出血等消化系统和呼吸系统的功能障碍。伴随经济全球化的发展,有效的疫苗又尚未研制成功,ASF已呈现出全球化流行态势。ASF于2018年8月在我国首次发现后就大范围蔓延,严重威胁着我国生猪养猪业的发展,对ASF的预防和控制形势非常严峻。因此,文章就ASF的发病与传播、疫苗的研究、预防和控制措施进行综述,为我国ASF防控提供参考。
