摘要

伴随我国经济水平和科技水平的提升,生态文明建设开始成为了全社会所关注的主要对象之一。针对生态文明小流域,在新时代背景下,应充分利用各类水土资源,促使流域土地的生产力能够得到全面提升,从而在真正意义上实现社会经济文化的全面统一。本篇文章将阐述水土保持生态文明小流域的主要内容,探讨水资源和环境建设,并对于保持生态文明小流域方面提出一些合理的见解。
        With the rapid development of China's economic and technological levels, the construction of ecological civilization has become one of the main objects of concern to the whole society. This article will elaborate the main contents of the small watershed with ecological civilization of soil and water conservation, discuss the construction of water resources and environment, and put forward some reasonable opinions on the small watershed with ecological civilization.
