基于DIVA-GIS和MaxEnt的美雕齿小蠹适生区预测对比研究

摘要
美雕齿小蠹是一种能够对松属树木造成严重危害的外来植物检疫性害虫,在我国尚无分布。因此,有必要对该虫的适生区进行预测研究,以便对其实施针对性的检疫防控。本研究同时采用DIVA-GIS和MaxEnt两种适生性分析软件,对美雕齿小蠹的适生区进行对比分析。两种软件的预测结果比较相近,综合来看,美雕齿小蠹在全球的适生区主要集中在北美洲中南部、南美州中部、欧洲和东亚大部分地区、大洋洲南部以及非洲局部地区;在我国境内的适生区主要在南方省份以及河南、山东、陕西等少数北方省份。最后提出了针对美雕齿小蠹的风险管理建议。
        Ips calligraphus is a quarantine pest of China which can lead to serious harm to the forest of pinus,it has no distribution in China yet. Thus it is necessary to study the potential distribution of Ips calligraphus,so as to carry out targeted quarantine control in our country. The software of "DIVA-GIS"and "MaxEnt" were used simultaneously for suitability analysis in this article. The results were similar between "DIVA-GIS" and "MaxEnt",which showed that the global potential distribution of Ips calligraphus mainly concentrated on middle and south of North America,south of South America,most of Europe and East Asia,south of Oceania,and partial areas of Africa. The areas suitable for Ips calligraphus in China mainly are southern Provinces,a few northern Provinces such as Henan,Shandong,Shanxi. The risk management suggestion for Ips calligraphus was also given at last.
