摘要
采用生物炭法(PACT)-湿法氧化再生(WAR)组合工艺,处理电脱盐污水产生的碳泥混合物,确定了WAR装置的最佳工艺参数,并考察了最佳工艺条件下,不同类型粉末活性炭(PAC)的再生效果。结果表明:WAR装置的最佳工艺条件为反应温度240℃,反应压力6.5 MPa,反应时间60 min;在该最佳条件下PAC经氧化再生后,比表面积与孔容均大幅下降,孔径则增大,糖蜜值略有升高;选择粒径为76μm,碘值为900 mg/g的PAC用于PACT-WAR组合工艺效果最佳。
        The carbon mud mixture in the electric desalination wastewater was treated by the combined process of powdered activated carbon treatment(PACT)-wet air regeneration(WAR). The optimal process parameters of WAR were determined, and the regeneration effects of different types of PAC under the optimal process conditions were investigated. The results showed that the optimum process conditions of WAR as the reaction temperature 240 ℃, reaction pressure 6.5 MPa, and the reaction time 60 min. Under the optimal conditions, the specific surface area and pore volume of the oxidized-regenerated PAC decreased significantly, but the pore diameter increased, and the molasses value increased slightly. The PAC with particle size of 76 μm and iodine value of 900 mg/g was the best effect in the PACT-WAR process.
