摘要
在六角牛腿口钢节点装配样机研究的基础上,提出一种钢节点的模型参数提取技术,用于研究复杂钢节点的装配加工。首先,基于Tekla Structures的二次开发,提取了钢节点的模型参数;其次,按单个钢节点分类存储为加工文件,以拆分钢节点模型的方式制定上料规则,并将模型参数用于钢节点装配加工中的建模定位;最后,通过实例和实验验证了技术的可行性。
Based on the assembly prototype of hexagonal beef leg steel joints, a model parameter extraction technique for steel joints is proposed, which is used to study the assembly and processing of complex steel joints. Firstly, based on the secondary development of Tekla Structures, the model parameters of steel joints are extracted. Secondly, according to the classification of a single steel joint as a processing file, in addition to the loading rules that are formulated in the way of splitting the steel joints model, the model parameters are used for modeling and positioning in steel joints assembly processing as well. Finally, the feasibility of the technique is verified by examples and experiments.
