行星搅拌器流场仿真与混合分析

摘要
建立了三维行星式搅拌器的有限元模型,应用Polyflow软件对流场进行模拟,对不同转速下的搅拌器内糖浆的混合流动进行了对比分析,同时对中心区和销附近区域的混合效果进行对比。结果表明,搅拌器不存在流动混合的死区,且销附近区域的混合能力比中心区的混合能力更强,流场内的粒子始终受到周期性的折叠和拉伸作用;转速越大,搅拌器内的流体混合效果越好。
        The three-dimensional finite element model of planetary mixer was established and the flow field was simulated by using Polyflow software, the mixing flow of syrup in the mixer at different speeds was compared and analyzed. Besides, the effect of mixing in the central area and the region near the pin was compared. The results showed that there was not a dead zone of flow mixing in the mixer and the mixing capacity in the region near the pin was stronger than that in the center. The particles in the flow field were always subjected to periodic folding and stretching. The faster the pin speed was, the better the mixing effect in the mixer was.
