摘要
本论文以丙酮为溶剂,采用冷浸的方式,得到树上虾丙酮提取物。采用DPPH法测定该提取物的自由基清除能力,并测定了该提取物的总黄酮含量。树上虾丙酮提取物的DPPH自由基清除能力与药液浓度和作用时间有关,树上虾丙酮提取物与DPPH自由基的作用迅速,对DPPH清除率最高可达到84. 9%。此外,本论文通过羟自由基法同时研究提取物对其他类型自由基的清除能力,发现该提取物也具有良好的羟自由基清除效果。
        Acetone extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe was obtained using acetone solvent and cold-extraction method. The radical clearance ability of this extract was studied using DPPH assay,and the total flavoniod content was investigated. There are relationships between radical clearance ability and reaction time/concentration. Acetone extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe shows quick reaction with DPPH radicals,and possesses clearance rate as high as 84. 9%. Besides,the clearance ability of the acetone extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe against other radicals was evaluated using hydroxyl radicals,and the extract exhibits good clearance ability.
