处理含油脂污水对单细胞蛋白合成的影响

摘要
将全细胞脂肪酶(菌)制剂投加到活性污泥中,用SBR法处理餐厨含油脂污水,研究温度、p H值与活性污泥的SV30值的关系,研究CODCr去除率、油脂去除率与活性污泥中单细胞蛋白含量之间的关系.实验控制温度约为21℃,p H值约为7,活性污泥的SV30值≤40%,活性污泥性能良好; CODCr去除率在24 h时达到最高值99. 33%,油脂去除率在60h时达到最高值99. 37%,油脂去除率和CODCr去除率在急剧增加到一定值后增幅减缓直至稳定.对餐厨含油脂污水和自配含油脂污水的CODCr去除率及油脂去除率进行单因素方差分析,CODCr去除率及油脂去除率均无显著性差异,说明实验中可以用自配含油脂污水代替餐厨含油脂污水.出水中蛋白含量在处理72 h后降到最低值78. 75 87. 50 mg/L,活性污泥中蛋白含量在处理72 h后> 50%,随着餐厨含油脂污水中CODCr和油脂的不断去除,活性污泥中蛋白含量也不断增加,说明在处理含油脂污水同时联产单细胞蛋白是可行的.
        The whole cell lipase( bacteria) preparation was added to the activated sludge,the SBR method was used to treat the oily sewage of the kitchen,and the relationship between temperature and p H value and the SV30 value of the activated sludge was studied to study the CODCrremoval rate and the grease removal rate. Relationship with the content of single-cell protein in activated sludge. The experimental control temperature is 21 ℃ approximately,the pH value is 7 approximately,the SV30 value of activated sludge is ≤40%,the performance of activated sludge is good; the removal rate of CODCris 24 h. The highest value was99. 33%,and the grease removal rate reached the highest value of 99. 37% at 60 h. The grease removal rate and CODCrremoval rate increased sharply to a certain value and then slowed down until it stabilized. The CODCrremoval rate and oil removal rate of wastewater were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. There was no significant difference in CODCrremoval rate and oil removal rate,indicating that the oily sewage can be replaced by self-contained oil-containing sewage in the experiment. The protein content in the effluent is after72 h treatment,the minimum value was 78. 75-87. 50 mg/L,and the protein content in the activated sludge was > 50% after 72 h of treatment. With the continuous removal of CODCrand oil in the oily sewage of the kitchen,the eggs in the activated sludge content is increased,the processing described in the fat-containing wastewater cogeneration single cell protein is feasible.
