越南的森林资源及其管理

摘要
越南具有丰富的森林资源,森林在国民经济中占着重要地位,但由于长期以来管理不善,采伐过度,森林覆盖率不断下降,森林覆盖率从1943年的43%下降到1990年的27%,之后森林才开始慢慢恢复,2014年覆盖率达到40.4%。本文从森林资源、生物多样性、林业机构管理、法律法规等方面介绍了越南林业的发展现状,并指出越南林业在发展中的问题及未来发展展望。
Vietnam is rich in forest resources.Forestry still plays a huge role in the economy.But the poor governance and illegal logging has caused widespread loss of forest cover.The forest coverage decreased sharply from 43% in 1943 to 27% in 1990,and forest coverage started to increase after 1990,and reached up to 40.4% in 2014.This paper introduced the present situation of forest resources,biodiversity,forestry authorities,major forestry policies and regulations in Vietnam.And it discussed the existing problems in the development of forestry and the future development orientation in Vietnam.
