摘要
无机化学、分析化学、有机化学和物理化学是食品类专业的基础课,针对食品类专业四大化学部分教学内容重复且与专业联系不紧密的情况,将四门化学课程整合成一门大学基础化学课程,优化课程结构,精炼教学内容,使教学与专业结合更紧密。增加实验学时,开设综合化学实验课程,达到应用型高校培养理论和实践并重的创新人才的教学目标。
Inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry and physical chemistry are the basic courses of food majors. In view of the situation that the teaching contents are repetitive and not closely related to the specialty, the four chemical courses were integrated into one basic chemistry course. The teaching mode was more closer to food specialty by optimizing course structure and refining teaching content. In order to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating innovative talents in applied university, we had increased experimental hours and set up comprehensive chemical experiment courses.
