摘要
光化学烟雾污染是指汽车、工厂等污染源排入大气的碳氢化合物(HC)和氮氧化物(NOx)等一次污染物在阳光作用下发生光化学反应,形成甲醛、臭氧、乙醛等二次污染物,两类污染物混合后形成有害浅蓝色烟雾,增加了大气的氧化性。自河南省构建光化学烟雾污染监测网络以来,河南省大部分地区有效控制光化学烟雾污染,达到了监测应对O_3、挥发性有机物(VOCs)和NO2的效果,确保监测客观反映污染状况,为有效开展大气光化学烟雾污染防治提供技术支撑。本文主要分析河南省主要城市的光化学烟雾污染现状及其特征,并探讨其监测网络构建问题,以期为河南省大气污染防治提供参考。
Photochemical smog pollution refers to the primary pollutants such as hydrocarbons(HC) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) discharged into the atmosphere from automobiles, factories and other pollution sources undergo photochemical reactions under the action of sunlight, forming secondary pollutants such as formaldehyde, ozone and acetaldehyde. Hazardous light blue smoke is formed by mixing primary and secondary pollutants, which increases the oxidation of the atmosphere. Since the establishment of a photochemical smog pollution monitoring network in Henan Province, photochemical smog pollution has been effectively controlled in most areas of Henan Province, achieving the monitoring effect of O3, volatile organic compounds(VOCs) and NO2, ensuring that the monitoring objectively reflects the pollution situation and providing technical support for the effective prevention and control of atmospheric photochemical smog pollution. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and characteristics of photochemical smog pollution in major cities in Henan Province, and discusses the construction of its monitoring network in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of air pollution in Henan Province.
