铅镉复合胁迫下黄葛树和女贞的生长生理及吸收特性研究

摘要
以黄葛树、女贞为试验材料,通过盆栽试验研究不同浓度铅镉复合胁迫下黄葛树、女贞的生长生理变化及吸收积累铅镉特性,采用主成分分析和隶属函数法综合评价2个树种对铅镉复合污染土壤的适应性,旨在探究2个树种对铅镉污染土壤的修复潜力。结果表明:铅镉复合胁迫下2个树种株高、地径增长受抑制,生物量下降,总叶绿素降低,丙二醛含量增加;耐铅镉性综合得分值表明黄葛树耐性更强。黄葛树根部铅积累量更大,地上部和根部镉积累量均为女贞更大。复合污染中镉促进女贞对铅的吸收,抑制黄葛树对铅的积累,铅促进重度镉水平下2个树种对镉的累积。可见,黄葛树对铅镉复合胁迫的耐性强于女贞,用于修复铅镉复合污染土壤具有一定潜力,女贞则不适用于复合污染土壤中镉浓度较高的区域。
        Taking Ficus virens and Ligustrum lucidum as experimental materials, the growth physiological changes and absorption and accumulation characteristics of Pb and Cd of F. virens and L. lucidum under different Pb and Cd concentration were studied by pot experiment. The adaptability of the 2 tree species to Pb and Cd contaminated soil was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function method,aiming at exploring the remediation potential of the 2 tree species to Pb and Cd contaminated soil. The results showed that under the combined stress of Pb and Cd, the growth of plant height and ground diameter of the 2 tree species was inhibited, biomass decreased, total chlorophyll decreased and MDA content increased. The comprehensive score of lead and cadmium tolerance showed that F. virens was more tolerant. Pb accumulation in root of F. virens was more than L. lucidum. Cd accumulation in root and shoot of L. lucidum was more than F. virens. Cd promoted the absorption of Pb by L. lucidum and inhibited the accumulation of Pb by F. virens in the compound pollution. Pb promoted the accumulation of Cd by 2 tree species under heavy Cd level. The results show that F.virens is more tolerant to Pb and Cd combined stress than L. lucidum, and has a certain potential for remediation of Pb and Cd combined contaminated soil, while L. lucidum is not suitable for areas with high Cd concentration in combined contaminated soil.
