摘要

云南省大理州洱海灌区位于云南省大理州。分析了区域现状存在的主要环境问题,确定灌区工程任务为西南边境山区水利扶贫灌溉和洱海保护节水减排。论述了灌区工程的环境合理性、环境保护措施及效果。
        Erhai irrigation area is located in Dali prefecture, Yunnan province. The purpose of the engineering projects in Erhai irrigation area was to irrigate for poverty alleviation in southwest mountainous border and the water saving and pollution reduction for Erhai lake based on the analysis of the current main environmental problems in the area.
