摘要

本文分析了国内机场区域大气污染控制存在的不足,梳理了国际先进控制经验,提出了以下相关建议:完善飞机发动机大气污染物排放标准体系,夯实污染防控判据;建立飞机大气污染物排放系数数据库,奠定源强估算基础;开展飞机大气影响评价相关技术研究,加强技术支撑能力;探索飞机大气污染多元防控路径,强化污染防控能力建设。
        Deficiencies of domestic air pollution control in the airport areas were analyzed, and the international advanced experiences have been sorted out. The following suggestions are proposed: improving the standards of air pollutant emission from aircraft engine and defining the criterion of pollution prevention and control; establishing the database of air pollutant emission coefficient for aircraft and laying the foundation for source strength estimation; carrying out relevant technical research on aircraft atmospheric impact assessment and strengthening technical support capacity; exploring multiple prevention and control paths for airplane air pollution and strengthening the capability building of pollution prevention and control.
