摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展和城镇化水平的提高,居民生活垃圾产生量呈快速增长趋势。垃圾焚烧作为生活垃圾无害化处理方式,将逐步替代垃圾填埋成为主要的垃圾处理方式,垃圾焚烧厂的建设将得到快速发展。二噁英是一种生活垃圾在焚烧过程中产生的致癌污染物,目前的技术手段是通过控制焚烧炉的焚烧温度来控制二噁英的排放浓度,所以,焚烧炉炉膛的温度在线测量就尤为重要。本文通过对比几种温度在线监测技术的优缺点,提出了适用于垃圾焚烧炉炉膛温度(场)测量的技术,以期为垃圾焚烧厂炉膛温度监测技术的选型和升级改造提供参考。
        With the development of China's economy and society and the improvement of the level of urbanization,the production of household garbage shows a rapid growth trend.As a harmless disposal method of household garbage,garbage incineration will gradually replace landfill as the main garbage disposal method,and the construction of garbage incinerator will get rapid development.Dioxin is a carcinogenic pollutant produced in the incineration process of household waste.The current technical means is to control the concentration of dioxin emission by controlling the incineration temperature of the incinerator.Therefore,online measurement of the temperature of the incinerator chamber is particularly important.In this paper,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several on-line temperature monitoring technologies,the technology suitable for measuring the chamber temperature(field) of waste incinerator is put forward, which provides reference for the selection and upgrading of the chamber temperature monitoring technology of waste incinerator.
