摘要
城市生态环境质量在一定程度上反映了国家生态环境的整体保护成效,也是衡量经济社会可持续发展的重要标尺,需要重点分析并精准评价。本文从经济、自然、社会、城乡协调发展等4个维度建立指标体系,提出一种基于前景理论的模糊TOPSIS方法,分析和评价城市生态环境质量,并以合肥、马鞍山、黄山等安徽省3市为评价对象,分析四维指标的城市排序及其合理性。
        Urban eco-environmental quality reflects the overall protection effect of national ecological environment. It is an important measure of sustainable economic and social development. So it needs focused analysis and accurate evaluation. This paper establishes an index system from four dimensions: economy, nature, society and harmonious development between urban and rural areas. Then we propose a fuzzy TOPSIS method based on prospect theory to analyze and evaluate urban eco-environmental quality. Finally, we take Hefei, Ma'anshan and Huangshan of Anhui province as the evaluation objects, analyze their urban eco-environmental quality ranking and elaborate its rationality.
