基于深层水泥搅拌船的施工质量实时自动检测技术

摘要
现有技术无法对深层搅拌船的施工质量进行实测监测,因此不能纠正施工中出现的偏差。此外,施工后需人工计算分析施工数据,工作量大,技术难度高。成桩后的质量问题只能进行补桩,增加了施工成本。对深层搅拌船施工质量的检测技术进行研究,形成一套完整的施工质量实时自动检测系统,可实现船舶定位精度、成桩垂直度、水泥注入量、搅拌次数等施工数据的实时检测,对深层搅拌桩的全施工周期进行监控,提高了施工效率和成桩质量;深层搅拌成桩质量诊断系统,还可自动将施工过程中各参数同设计数据进行比对,根据需要及时调整施工参数,将成桩质量控制在设计范围内。该系统的应用,实现了深层搅拌船的智能化施工,有效保证了施工效率及质量。
        As no existing techs can measure or monitor working quality of the floating concrete mixer at deep level that there is no way to rectify errors after piles were formed if any,and a possible remedy thereto has to be done manually by means of computation and analyses of the data,which mounts for huge works volume and tech difficulties.That is to say quality problems after the piles have formed can only be remedied at a huge working cost or waste.A way out has to study on tech detection and inspection so as to set up a complete automatic monitoring system to check on the concrete working quality of from piles locating precision,vertical position of the finished piles,concrete quantity injected,mixing time and frequency,etc,which can be real time tested and inspected,so as to increase the working efficiency and quality of the finished piles.Or you can say it is a diagnostic system to check piles quality at depth,while comparing working data with those in the design curves,all of them can be altered as necessary.Application of this system can realize intelligent working operations of float concrete mixing at depth,thus ensuring effective working efficiency and quality.
