摘要

民办教育的蓬勃发展离不开一支优秀的教师队伍。在影响民办中学教育教学质量的众多因素中,教师是其最重要的因素。近年来,一大批青年教师投身于贵州省民办教育,他们的涌现使得贵州省民办中学的教师队伍更加完整。然而,由于一些现实原因,这支青年教师队伍呈现出不太稳定的势头。究其原因,是因为青年教师的自我价值与专业发展得不到实现、青年教师的社会保障不完善、民办教育立法与学校管理制度不够。
        The vigorous development of private education is inseparable from an excellent team of teachers.Among the many factors that affect the quality of education in private secondary schools,teachers are the most important factor.In recent years,a large number of young teachers have devoted themselves to private education in Guizhou Province,and their emergence has made the teaching team of private middle schools in Guizhou more complete.However,due to some practical reasons,this young-teacher-team shows a less stable momentum.The reasons are as follows:a young teacher's professional development and self-worth can not be achieved;their social security is imperfect;private education's legislation and school management system is' t sound enough.
