摘要
黑木耳是常见的食用菌,不仅营养丰富,还具有众多的生物活性。近年来对黑木耳多糖研究较多,对于其他成分研究较少,因此,本文利用(NH_4)_2SO_4沉淀和亲和层析的方法提取到黑木耳凝集素,对其性质和抗肿瘤活性进行了初步探讨。结果表明,黑木耳凝集素耐酸,不耐碱,不具备热稳定性,具有糖特异性;对肺癌(A549)和乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)都有抑制性。此研究为今后黑木耳凝集素的活性研究提供基础。
        Auricularia auricula is a common edible fungus. Auricularia auricula is rich in a variety of nutritional components and physiological active ingredients. In recent years, there have been many studies on polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula, and there are few studies on other components. Therefore,(NH_4)_2SO_(4 ) precipitation and affinity chromatography were used to extract Auricularia auricula lectin, the properties of Auricularia auricula lectin and the antitumor activity were initially discussed. The results showed that the Auricularia auricula lectin was acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, non-thermally stable, and sugar-specific; it was inhibited against lung cancer(A549) and breast cancer cells(MCF-7). It will provide a basis for future research on the activity of Auricularia auricula lectin.
