摘要
马铃薯微型薯疮痂病是马铃薯脱毒繁育中的常见病害之一,严重影响其外观、品质和商品性。为筛选出防治马铃薯微型薯疮痂病的有效药效,使马铃薯微薯型生产实现优质、稳产,采用几种不同药剂在马铃薯微型繁育温室消毒进行了对比试验。结果表明,不同药剂温室消毒处理,均对马铃薯微型薯的生育期和扦插苗的成活率影响不明显,但不同药剂温室消毒均对马铃薯微型薯病害的防治具有一定的效果,其中以龙克菌处理消毒的防治效果最好。
Potato microscab is one of the common diseases in potato detoxification breeding,which seriously affects the appearance,quality and commodity of potato micropotato. In order to screen out the method of preventing and controlling potato microscab disease,so that the potato microproduction can achieve high quality and stable yield,and provide a basis for the prevention and control of potato microscab disease,this experiment uses several different kinds of agents to conduct comparative tests in the microbreeding greenhouse of potato. The experimental results show that,The disinfection effect of different pharmaceutical greenhouse on the growth period of potato micropotato and the survival rate of cuttage seedlings was not obvious,but the disinfection of different pharmaceutical greenhouse had a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of potato micropotato disease.
