摘要
目的探讨饮用水中挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)有效提取的顶空(head space,HS)前处理条件。方法选取2018年5月—2019年2月我院实验室选用的饮用水样品,运用饮用水中挥发性有机物的顶空制备方法。通过运用HS-GC-毛细管柱-FID方法对饮用水的20种挥发性有机物进行分离,并对待测有机化合物予以定性及定量分析。结果饮用水的20种挥发性有机物能够获得有效的分离,同时有机化合物具有较高的回收率;除此之外,上气相色谱分析法具有较高的准确度与精密度。结论 HS-GC-毛细管柱-FID方法能够有效的保留水中挥发性有机物,从而提升顶空制备质量。
        Objective To investigate the conditions of headspace(HS pretreatment for the extraction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in drinking water. Methods The drinking water samples selected from the laboratory of our hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 were used to prepare the headspace preparation method of volatile organic compounds in drinking water. The 20 volatile organic compounds in drinking water were separated by HS-GC-capillary column-FID method, and the organic compounds to be tested were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.Results The 20 volatile organic compounds in drinking water can be effectively separated, and the organic compounds have higher recovery rate.In addition, the upper gas chromatography method has higher accuracy and precision. Conclusion HS-GC-capillary column-FID method can effectively retain volatile organic compounds in water, thus improving the quality of headspace preparation.
