摘要
全球化背景下国际舆论格局西强我弱的总体形势,使日益强大的中国依然面临民族精神独立和国家文化安全的严峻挑战。文化传播视阈下,中国要提高国家文化软实力,捍卫积极发挥全球作用的大国、强国地位就必须面对挑战,坚持讲好中国故事,推进中华文化国际传播能力建设。我们要从战略上积蓄讲好中国故事的力量,谋划讲好中国故事的文本,开拓讲好中国故事的途径,凝聚讲好中国故事的人气,剖析讲好中国故事的道理;从策略上以"十策"积极推进中华文化国际传播,向世界展现真实、立体、全面的中国。
Under the background of globalization, the West generally prevails over China in terms of the international public opinion pattern, which makes the increasingly strong China still face the severe challenge of national spiritual independence and national cultural security. From the perspective of cultural communication, if China wants to improve its national cultural soft power and defend its status as a major power that plays a positive role in the world, it must face challenges squarely, stick to telling China's story well and promote the building of China's international cultural communication capacity. We should strategically accumulate the power of telling China's story well, prepare the texts, explore the ways, pool the people's enthusiasm, and analyze the truth for telling China's story well. In terms of strategy, we should actively promote the international communication of Chinese culture through "ten strategies" to present a real, three-dimensional, and all-round China to the world.
