摘要
流式细胞术是检测细胞增殖的一种重要手段,较以往的检测方法,流式细胞仪的优点在于能够实现多荧光指标同时检测,并且可以对混合样品中的特定细胞进行增殖分析,本文就目前常用细胞增殖检测染料的检测原理,应用范围及染色方法作进行阐述。
        Flow cytometry is an important means to detect cell proliferation. Compared with previous detection methods, flow cytometry has the advantages of simultaneous detection of multiple fluorescence indicators, and can perform proliferation analysis on specific cells in mixed samples. At present, the detection principle, application range and dyeing method of cell proliferation detection dyes are commonly used.
