环保标语对农户环保参与意愿和认同的影响

摘要
环保标语是常见的公共部门防范和抑制农户不当环境行为的措施。在对秸秆禁烧标语情景调查的基础上,检验了不同特征的环保标语对农户环保参与意愿和环保认同的影响。结果发现,环保标语使农户有更强的环境保护参与意愿,行为引导型环保标语比行为强制型环保标语使农户有更强的环保参与意愿和环保认同,语气平和的行为强制型环保标语比语气生硬的行为强制型环保标语使农户有更强的环保参与意愿和环保认同。研究结果为公共部门干预农户不当环境行为、设计有效的环保标语提供了理论支持,建议公共部门优先使用行为引导型环保标语,其次是平和语气表述的行为强制型环保标语,慎用生硬语气表述的行为强制型环保标语。
