摘要
阐述了采用电炉和精炼炉双联法生产双相不锈钢CD3MN,着重讨论该钢种的超低碳、高铬、高氮的特点,研究其对制定冶炼工艺参数的影响,通过合理控制相关工艺参数,成功冶炼15炉CD3MN不锈钢。
This paper expounds the production of duplex sta inless steel CD3 MN with electric furnace and finer furnace. The characteristics of ultra-low carbon, high chromium and high nitrogen of this kind of steel are discussed emphatically, and its influence on the formulation of smelting process parameters is studied. By reasonably controlling the relevant process parameters, 15 furnaces with CD3 MN stainless steels are successfully smelted.
