摘要

概述国内地表水水质自动监测发展现状,总结大连市地表水水质自动监测站建设经验,并从加强系统运营维护、完善监管机制、加强质量管理、严格绩效考核、科学审核数据五方面探讨了地表水水质自动监测系统运行管理模式,强调地表水自动监测数据在环境管理工作中的重要应用。
        This paper presents the current status of automatic monitoring for surface water quality in China,introduces the construction experiences of automatic monitoring stations in Dalian, discusses the operation and management mode of the automatic monitoring system for surface water quality based on five aspects as advancing system operation and maintenance, improving monitoring mechanism, enhancing quality control,strengthening performance appraisal and methodically auditing data and indicates the importance of the automatic monitoring data for surface water in environment management system.
