水平型石英脉金矿废石充填对顶板的支撑作用

摘要
为论证水平型石英脉金矿采用废石充填的可行性,根据水平型石英脉金矿顶板围岩稳固性和采空区垮塌特征,建立了水平型脉金矿采空区顶板的力学模型。通过对水平型石英脉金矿的废石充填对顶板围岩的支撑作用进行分析,发现在"危险区域"中,废石充填可以有效地控制采空区顶板垮塌过程,从而认为,水平型脉金矿也可以采用简单价廉的废石充填法开采,使以往常常只能采用空场法开采以实现低成本的观念发生很大改变。
        To demonstrate the feasibility of using waste rock to fill the horizontal quartz vein gold mine,the mechanical model of the roof is established base on the stability of the roof rock and collapse characteristics of goaf in the horizontal quartz vein gold mine.The support effect of roof surrounding rock of waste filling is analyzed,and it is shown that the collapse process of roof is effectively controlled by waste filling in the"dangerous area".At the same time,in order to improve the validity of top filling of waste rock,it is filled with rigid foam plastic,which could realize the"integrated contact"between the waste rock and the roof.
