摘要

为了解决川陕革命老区城乡发展不平衡、不充分的主要问题,以大竹县庙坝镇为研究区,选取研究区30m分辨率的高程数据,卫星遥感影像和国民经济社会数据,对研究区进行资源环境承载力评级和国土空间适宜性评价,结合经济社会发展现状,最终划定研究区"三区三线",接着找准小镇的发展主题,围绕"产业振兴、生态振兴、文化振兴、人才振兴、组织振兴"开展规划设计;研究结果:城镇空间用地面积457ha,占国土总面积6.53%.农业空间用地面积2357ha,占国土总面积33.67%.生态空间用地面积4186ha,占国土总面积59.8%;从一二三产业融合发展方面提出发展主题和措施.对推动川陕革命老区"农村美、农业强、农民富"具有重要的理论和实践意义.
        In order to solve the main problems of uneven development of urban and rural development in the old revolutionary base areas of Sichuan and Shaanxi Province.Taking Miaoba Town of Dazhu County as the research area, this paper chooses altitude data of 30 m resolution, satellite remote sensing image and national economic and social data. Carrying out the grading of resources and environmental carrying capacity and evaluating the suitability of land space for the study area. Combining with the current situation of economic and social development, we finally delimit the "three districts and three lines" of the study area, and then find out the development theme of small towns.Planning and design are carried out around "industrial revitalization, ecological revitalization, cultural revitalization, talent revitalization and organizational revitalization". Research findings: The land area of urban space is 457 ha, accounting for 6.53% of the total land area. The area of agricultural space is 2357 ha, accounting for 33.67% of the total land area. The land area of ecological space is 4186 ha, accounting for 59.8% of the total land area.The development themes and measures are put forward from the perspective of the integration and development of the 123 industry. It has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting "rural beauty, strong agriculture and rich farmers" in the old revolutionary areas of Sichuan and Shaanxi.
