韩国农业文化遗产的保护与管理对广西的启示

摘要

在韩国的农业文化遗产保护性工作中,其政策扶持体系扮演着关键角色,责任清晰的属地管理、农业文化遗产的动态保护与多样化利用等机制对广西加强农业文化遗产保护和开发有着重要的借鉴意义。文章介绍了韩国重要农业和渔业遗产系统实践并总结吸取其有益经验,同时分析了广西少数民族地区农业文化遗产发展现状,重点从完善保护机制、合理划分责任(政府、社会、个人责任)、强调活态的文化遗产保护等方面提出建议。
        Policy support system plays a vital role in Republic of Korea's agricultural cultural heritage protection work, the responsibility of the territorial management, the dynamic protection and multi-functional use of agricultural cultural heritage and other mechanisms are of great significance to strengthen the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage for Guangxi. This paper introduces the practice of the important agricultural and fishery heritage systems in Republic of Korea and summarizes its beneficial experiences, analyzes the present situation of the agricultural cultural heritage development in Guangxi ethnic minority areas, and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the protection mechanism, dividing the responsibility rationally(government, society, personal responsibility) and emphasizing the protection of the living cultural heritage.
