活塞销涂层应用试验研究

摘要
基于活塞销涂层考核试验方案,借助摆动摩擦磨损试验机,开展CrN和DLC涂层活塞销应用试验研究。试验摩擦温升及宏观磨损形貌分析结果表明:采用CrN和DLC涂层的活塞销比无涂层活塞销具有抑制温升的作用,CrN涂层活塞销耐磨和抗咬合性更优,而DLC涂层活塞销减摩效果相对更优。
        Based on the endurance test plan of piston pin coating, piston pin coated with CrN and DLC was tested with the swing friction pair test rig. The friction temperature increase and macroscopic wear morphology were then analyzed. The results indicated that temperature increase of piston pin with CrN and DLC coating was obviously lower than that without coating. In addition, the piston pin with CrN coating had a better wear resistance and anti-adhesive performance and the piston pin with DLC coating had a better anti-friction performance.
