摘要
在总结长江流域水库群联合调度工作的基础上,从分析流域综合调度目标和调度对象节点及其与之相应的预报节点等需求入手,提出构建流域水模拟系统;从水库群的规划设计、联合运用和实时调度3个层面,按照集总与解耦相结合的思路,构建流域联合调度体系;采用参数化和模型化方法,建立调度规则库;采用基于接口服务的框架体系,将各个节点的预报模型(方案/算法)和调度模型(调节计算/优化算法)等计算模型封装成模拟器,实现预报调度一体化;引入计算机机器学习,建立预报调度案例库;最后提出长江流域水工程联合调度的总体思路,探索建立以防洪调度和水量(包括生态水量)调度为主体,集水生态调度、泥沙调度、应急调度等多目标为一体的综合调度支持系统。
        This paper summarizes the multi-reservoir joint-dispatching work in the Yangtze River Basin,and proposes to construct a basin water simulation system based on the comprehensive dispatching objectives of the river basin,the dispatching object nodes and the forecast nodes. From three aspects of design,joint operation and real-time dispatching of multi-reservoir,a joint dispatching system for river basins is constructed according to the idea of combining and decoupling. Establish a dispatching rule base using parameterization and modeling methods. In order to realize the integration of forecasting and dispatching,a framework based on interface service is used to encapsulate the forecasting model(scheme/algorithm) and dispatching model(adjustment calculation/optimization algorithm) of each node into a simulator. Machine learning is introduced to build the case base of forecasting and dispatching. Finally,the general idea of joint-dispatching in the Yangtze River Basin is proposed,and a comprehensive dispatching support system with flood control and water volume(including ecological water volume) as the main body,harvesting water ecological dispatching,sediment dispatching and emergency dispatching as the whole is explored.
