摘要
采矿损失贫化在矿山开采过程中是不可避免的,采矿损失率和矿石贫化率是衡量矿山开采技术的重要质量指标。以乌山铜钼矿为工程背景,提出了一系列露天开采过程中控制采矿损失贫化的技术和措施。利用先进的三维矿业软件提高地质资源管理水平;优化采矿工艺,采用矿岩分穿分爆设计,实施施工跟踪管理;研究爆堆松散规律,设计矿岩界线放线技术;利用生产管控平台实现智能化监控。工程应用表明:采用这些技术和措施极大地降低了采矿损失贫化,取得经济价值2 106万元。全年剔除夹石10万m~3,回收矿石2. 3万t,创造经济价值1 271万元。
Mining loss and dilution are inevitable in mining operations and the rate of loss and dilution is an important quality indicator to evaluate the performance of mining development technology. In the case study of Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine,the paper put forward a new series of technology and measures to control mining loss and dilution in open-pit mining process,including improving geological resource management with advanced 3D mining software; optimizing mining technology,employing separated drilling and separated blasting of ore rocks,applying field and real-time management of construction; studying muck pile loosing rules,designing new method for dividing ore and wall rocks; using operation control platform to realize smart monitoring. The engineering practice shows that these new technology and measures greatly reduced mining loss and dilution rate,making profits of 21. 06 million yuan. The amount of gangue rock removal is 100 000 m~3,ore recovered is 23 000 t,creating economic profits 12. 71 million yuan.
