摘要
可靠性预计作为一种定性评价智能电表可靠性的手段,同时也是一种有利于改进智能电表的技术方法,对现阶段对电能质量研究具有重要意义。本文以智能电表可靠性预计为切入点,分析可靠性预计的常规方法的优缺点,重点讲述普遍所采用的元器件应力法。搭建贝叶斯网络对电表进行可靠性预计,在进行贝叶斯网络求解过程中提出了模块消元法来进行对其简化运算,从而方便快捷的得到预期效果。最后运用所述方法进行实例验证,满足GJB/Z299C标准在误差范围内的要求,得出贝叶斯网络对电表的可靠性评估的有效性。
Reliability is expected to be a means to qualitatively evaluate the reliability of smart meters, and it is also a technical method that is beneficial to the improvement of smart meters. It is of great significance to the study of power quality at the current stage. This article takes the smart meter reliability prediction as the starting point, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional method of reliability prediction, and focuses on the stress method of the components used in this paper. The Bayesian network is set up to estimate the reliability of the electricity meter. In the Bayesian network solution process, the module elimination method is proposed to perform the simplified operation, so as to obtain the expected results conveniently and quickly. Finally, the method was used to verify the example and meet the requirements of the GJB/Z299 C standard within the error range. The validity of the Bayesian network reliability evaluation was obtained.
