不同药剂对番茄绵腐病菌抑菌试验

摘要
以新型农药戊唑醇、烯酰吗啉、啶酰菌胺、苯醚甲环唑、咯菌腈为试剂,每种药剂均设置0.01μg/ml、0.1μg/ml、1μg/ml、5μg/ml、10μg/ml、100μg/ml 6个浓度,采用菌丝生长速率法,对番茄绵腐病菌进行抑菌测试。结果表明:5种药剂中以戊唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的抑菌效果较好,烯酰吗啉抑菌率较低。啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈的抑菌率相对较低且效果不稳定。通过回归分析知,戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑对番茄绵腐病菌的抑菌中浓度EC_(50)值分别为0.19707μg/ml和0.34135μg/ml,均小于敏感标准值0.46μg/ml。所以番茄绵腐病菌对戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑敏感性较高。而烯酰吗啉、啶酰菌胺、咯菌腈对番茄绵腐病菌的抑菌中浓度EC_(50)值分别为59.2516μg/ml、28.708μg/ml、12.175μg/ml,均远大于抗性菌标准值3.65μg/ml,即产生3.3~16倍的抗性,以上结果为正确选用药剂防治番茄绵腐病提供参考。
        The new pesticides tebuconazole, enoylmorpholine, boscalid, difenoconazole, and chlorfenapyr are used as reagents, and each drug is set at a concentration of 0.01 μg/ml, 0.1 μg/ml, 1 μg/ml, 5 μg/ml, 10 μg/ml, and 100 μg/ml.the mycelial growth rate method was used to carry out bacteriostasis test on tomato cotton rot. The results showed that the antibacterial effect of tebuconazole and difenoconazole was better in the five pesticides, and the inhibition rate of dimethomorph was lower. The bacteriostatic rate of boscalid and fludioxonil is relatively low and the effect is unstable. According to regression analysis, the EC_(50) values of tebuconazole and difenoconazole against tomato cotton rot were 0.19707 μg/ml and 0.34135 μg/ml, respectively, which were less than the sensitive standard value of 0.46 μg/ml. Therefore, tomato rot fungus is more sensitive to tebuconazole and difenoconazole. The EC_(50) values of enoylmorpholine, boscalyl, and flavonoids against tomato cotton rot were 59.2516 μg/ml, 28.708 μg/ml, and 12.175 μg/ml, respectively, which were much larger than the standard of resistant bacteria. The value is 3.65 μg/ml, which is 3.3 to 16 times of resistance. The above results provide a reference for the correct selection of pesticides for controlling tomato rot.
