摘要

科教融合是应用型地方高校人才培养的必由之路,如何实现科教融合已成为迫切需要解决的问题。教学与科研相分离、人才培养与社会需求不协调是目前应用型地方高校的现状,只有完善管理制度、合理转换科教资源、着力培养学生研究学习的能力,才能实现科教融合,为社会输送创新型应用性人才。
        The integration of science and education is the only way for the applied local universities to cultivate the talents. How to achieve integration of science and education has become an urgent problem needs to solve. In this study, the current situation and existing problems of the integration of science and education in applied local universities were analyzed. It also proposed some suggestions to achieve the integration of science and education and provide innovative and applicability talents for the society by improving the management system, reasonably transferring the resources of science and education and cultivating the students' research abilities.
