摘要

益阳自古是江南富饶的鱼米之乡,洞庭湖生态经济区的农业大市,稻作文明源远流长。以打造"洞庭生态稻"品牌为引领,积极发展生态水稻种植业,进而带动优质稻米精深加工、健康食品制造、商贸物流、生态旅游等系列产业发展,对于推进益阳市乃至环洞庭湖区域农业转型升级、乡村振兴战略落地有着重要的意义。
        Yiyang is a rich countryside of fish and rice since the ancient time. The Dongting lake ecological and economic zone is very famous in fish and rice production. It is the big market of agriculture and the rice cultivation with a long history.Taking "Donting Eclogic rice as the leading brand, it is to develop the Dongting ecological rice that urges the fine rice production, fine miling and the fine-health food production, trade good circlation and ecological travelling etc. Thus it would be great significance to urge agriculture upper-grade and promotion of the agriculture around the Dongting Lake area.
