摘要

论文主要针对VOCs的管控问题与对策建议展开深入研究,通过阐述VOCs的管控问题,重点提出了几点可行的对策建议,例如,明确VOCs定义和加强顶层设计、加强VOCs污染监测体系的构建、加强区域大气污染联防联控、加强重点行业VOCs综合管控等,旨在满足VOCs的管控需求。
        This article mainly studies the control of VOCs and puts forward some suggestions. Through expounding the control problems of VOCs, it puts forward some feasible countermeasures. For example, clarifying the definition of VOCs and strengthening the top-level design, strengthening the construction of VOCs pollution monitoring system, strengthening regional air pollution joint prevention and control, and strengthening the comprehensive control of VOCs in key industries, and so on, so as to meet the control needs of VOCs.
