摘要
水源地安全评价及达标建设是保障供水安全的重要举措,是水利工程补短板和强监管的重要体现。该文以云浮市西江水源地为例,围绕水源地水量、水质、监测及管理等保障内容,通过水源地评价指标体系,基于现场调研和监测成果,开展水源地安全评价,并针对性地提出水源地安全保障达标对策,评价方法及过程可为其他水源地的安全评价和达标对策研究提供借鉴。
        Safety assessment and standard achieving countermeasures of water source are important measures to ensure water supply safety, as well as important manifestations of weak links improvement and strong supervision of water conservancy project. Taking West River water source in Yunfu City as an example, the evaluation index system of water source is established around the guarantee contents of water quantity, water quality, monitoring and management in water source area. Based on the results of field investigation and monitoring, the safety assessment is carried out and the standard countermeasures plan for safety guarantee of water source is purposefully put forward. The evaluation method and process can provide reference for the safety evaluation and standard countermeasures of other water sources.
