摘要
为达到《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置混合填埋用泥质》(GB/T 23485-2009)对混合填埋污泥含水率<60%的要求,国内常用高压隔膜板框压滤技术和近年新兴直压式压滤技术,无需投加药剂即可实现污泥含水率从80%降低至<60%。对直压式压滤技术与高压隔膜板框压滤技术从技术原理、设备组成、系统工艺流程、技术适用性、工程投资、运行成本、环境效益与经济效益等方面做了详细对比分析
        In order to achieve the Disposal of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant-Quality of sludge for co-landfilling(GB/T 23485-2009) of less than 60% mixed landfill sludge water content requirements,domestic commonly used high pressure diaphragm filter press technology. In recent years, direct pressure filtration, without adding any chemical,sludge containing water can be reduced to less than 60% from 80%. In this paper, direct pressure filtration technology and high pressure diaphragm press filtration technology are analyzed in detail from the aspects of technology principle, equipment composition, system process flow, technology applicability, engineering investment, operation cost, environmental benefits and economic benefits.
