摘要

生态环境的日益恶化对人类生产和居住空间产生了负面影响,绿色发展、低碳发展迫在眉睫,而企业绿色责任的承担对于顺应绿色发展战略有着重要意义,特别是以自然资源为基础的资源型企业,其绿色责任的承担能够在一定程度上反映出企业绿色发展意愿和实现可持续发展的可能性。文章以资源型企业为例,运用系统动力学对于地方政府行为下企业绿色责任承担的动力机制进行了研究,在解构资源型企业绿色责任系统的基础上,根据不同政府行为下企业产生的应对行为进行了情景模拟,并分析了不同因素对于企业绿色责任承担的影响程度,最后提出了相关的建议。
        The deterioration of the ecological environment has a negative impact on human production and living space. Green development and low-carbon development are imminent. The undertaking of green responsibility of enterprises is of great significance to conform to the green development strategy,especially for resource-based enterprises based on natural resources,and it can reflect the enterprise's green development intention and the possibility of realizing sustainable development to a certain extent. Taking resource-based enterprises as an example,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of corporate green responsibility under local government behavior by using system dynamics. On the basis of deconstructing the green responsibility system of resource-based enterprises,scenario simulation is made according to the response behavior of enterprises under different government actions,and analyzed the influence of different factors on corporate green responsibility. Finally,some suggestions are put forward.
