我国中部六省城市竞争力比较研究

摘要
随着经济全球化的发展，城市之间竞争日益激烈。国家之间的竞争和不同产业的国际竞争都主要是通过城市竞争来实现的，提升城市竞争力无疑成为城市发展战略的重要内容。在新时期的中部崛起过程中，如何提升我国中部城市竞争力，也是发挥中部区域优势、促进中部地区经济发展的重要内容。对中国中部城市竞争力研究有助于正确评价中部城市的现状和潜力，及时了解中部各城市发展动向及发展趋势，制定和完善中部城市总体的布局及发展战略，有助于实现中部经济的快速发展。
本文在探讨城市竞争力的相关概念内涵和理论基础上，尝试构建了城市竞争力指标体系，并以计量分析和比较分析相结合的方式，对中部六省省会和安庆市的城市竞争力进行了全方位比较，并结合中部地区发展现状和各城市定位，最后给出提升中部六省城市综合竞争力的对策建议。
本文共分为五部分内容：
第一部分为绪论，首先系统地阐明了本篇论文的研究背景、选题意义、研究方法以及本文的创新之处。
第二部分论述城市竞争力及其理论基础。通过对国内外学者相关理论的探讨，提出了本文关于城市竞争力的概念和内涵。
第三部分提出了城市竞争力分析的指标体系，并根据指标体系的整体框架和内容构建了中部六省城市竞争力比较的评价模型。
第四部分采集相关统计指标数据，用“因子分析法”对中部六省城市的五大分项竞争力进行了计量分析，综合处理后最终得出城市综合竞争力得分和排序。
第五部分分析了中部六省地区发展所面临的客观困境，结合六省省会和安庆市城市的发展和定位，提出提升中部六省城市综合竞争力的对策建议。
With the development of economic globalization, the competition between cities is becoming increasingly intense. The competition between countries and the international competition between different industries are mainly carried out by the city competition, so how to improve city competition has become an important content of city development strategy doubtlessly. In the central rising process of the new period, how to promote the central city competitive ability of our country is also an exertion of central district advantage and an important content to promote the economic development in central region. By the research of Chinese central city competition ability, it will contribute to evaluate the present condition and the potential of the central city, understand the central city development trend and the development trend in time, establish and perfect the central cities total layout and development strategies, and contribute to the fast development of the central region economy.
Basing on the related concept content and the theories of the city competition ability, the thesis set up the city competition ability index sign system, and by the way of calculating and comparing, compared the city competition ability six province provincial capitals of central part in all directions, and by combining the development present condition in the central region and each city fixed positions, gives a counter plan suggestion that promotes central six province cities to synthesize the competition ability.
This thesis is divided into five parts:
The first part is an introduction, first systematically clarifying the research background of this thesis, the meaning of choosing ,the method of researching and the creative places of the text.
The second part discusses the city competition ability and its orgies foundations. By studying the domestic and international scholar theories relatedly, put forward this text concept concerning the city competition ability and contents.
The third part put forward the analytical index sign system of the city competition ability, and set up the evaluation model that six province city competition abilities in the central part according to the whole frame and contents of the index sign system.
The fourth part collect related statistics of the index sign data, use 'the factorization method' to carried on to calculate central six five greatest items competition abilities of the province city , gets a goal and lines up the preface by comprehensive processing.
The fifth part analyzed the objective predicament that six provinces of central part, combining the development and fixed positions of the six province provincial capitals and Anqing , puting forward the counter plan suggestion that promotes central six province cities to synthesize the competition ability.
